Trained in facilitation of diverse stakeholder groups and communities, and comfortable with leading community engagement efforts on issues. Experienced in the use of survey techniques, public meeting planning and facilitation, and development of strategic action plans that reflect community vision and values.

Experience in assisting nonprofit organizations on a range of organizational development activities - from initial start-up and organization of new nonprofits, restructuring and mergers, and dissolution, to improvements in management. ABOUT WHC
Susan Culp is the Principal of Wallace Hill Consulting, LLC, bringing more than 25 years of experience in natural resource management, research and policy analysis, conservation advocacy, community engagement, collaboration and coalition building, and issue and political campaign management in the various parts of the United States.
Over the course of her career, Susan has worked in a number of roles leading and governing non-profit organizations, developing and implementing conservation, recreation, and land use policy, facilitating stakeholder engagement and community engagement, managing political campaigns, and leading successful legislative and administrative advocacy efforts.
Prior to starting Wallace Hill Consulting, LLC, Susan was the Principal of NextWest Consulting, LLC, based in Sedona, Arizona, providing a broad range of consulting services throughout the Intermountain West. Her practice is now based in Vermont.
PROJECTS
Past projects include leadership in efforts to develop local government recreation plans; policy analysis and tool development in support of smart growth and sustainable natural resource management; and organizational development, including restructuring and mergers, to support nonprofit groups.
